Hourly rate: $50.00

4 hours ($200.00)

Travel Companion & Destination Assistance & Coordination:

Our Travel Companion & Destination Assistance & Coordination team ensures that your needs are met with the utmost professionalism.

• Packing and organizational  assistance for short vacations, or Seasonal travel.  
• Assistance with travel arrangements: reservations, airport transportation,  airport transfer support, and flight/destinations reserved and confirmed.  
• Organized and prepared medications, and care provisions noted if not accompanying guest or client for travel. 
•  Children travel care:  When  grandchildren or children are included and involved for travel assistance services:    Assistance for packing luggage for trip, &  carry-on: filled with books, toys, games, snacks,  and any additional clothing  along with  noted personal identification and information  for travel if not accompanying child on journey.  
• Children travel care with caretaker:  Additional responsibilities and  duties will be  involved  to accompany child on flight to final destination.  Duties will be similar in nature to the assistance provided to adult or senior travel companions but additional child care responsibilities will be included  for child care services.

Additional considerations will incur supplemental costs: 

•  Airfare, accommodations, and personalized itineraries are billed separately.  
• Customized requests & specialized arrangements consistent with  premium lifestyle experiences  for seniors, adults, and children. 
• Daily rates will be available upon request and dependent upon the details of the request.

These considerations ensure the personalized attention, safety, and specialized expertise each client or guest deserves, whether through Life Concierge Services or Private Care Services.

 Extended Time Element for Cost of Services :  

• Extension of services will be charged in 30-minute increments as additional  time booked for reservation. 
•  If  reservation for travel destination and support  services  are for: 
•  Full day (12 Hour day-Base cost = $600.00)  
• Full day and evening (24 hour day and night- Base Cost = $1200.00), cost will be charged as quoted by time reserved plus additional  considerations as requested by client or guest. 

Gratuity: Appreciated as it is not included in the hourly rate.
