We provide highly trained, CPR and First Aid Certified Caregivers who are back ground verified. They are chosen for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication providing the best care for your children. They are personally instructed to uphold the Venture Standard of Care.

Whether in your private residence, vacation home, resort, or hotel suite, our caregivers create a safe, engaging and joyful environment tailored to your family. We arrive prepared with age appropriate games, creative activities , arts and crafts, and toys designed to delight your children while you are away.

Through our initial consultation we learn your families preferences, routines, and expectations so every detail- from meals and hygiene practices to bedtime rituals are followed seamlessly and with care, patience and even a touch of fun.

For added peace of mind, our caregivers discreetly collect your destination details and contact information. We are happy to send a reassuring message.
